Anyone may register for a library card by presenting photo identification with current address. Children between 4 and 18 must have parent/guardian with them at the time of application.
Most books, audio books, or magazines have a 3-week checkout. DVDs check out for 7 days. Reference materials and current issues of magazines may not be checked out. Most items can be renewed by phone. Overdue fines for books, audio books, and magazines are 25 cents per day; for DVDs it is $1.50 per day. Holds can be placed on most items by phone or online. The “Online Catalog” is available from the regional library’s web page with a valid library card and pin number.
