Individuals that wish to copy any records featured in the Archives Room may use the copier located in the room. Each copy is .50 cents per page.
***As a reminder, all historic documents in the Carroll County Circuit Court Archives Room are subject to feature mold, mildew, dust particles, etc. Each individual that conducts research are handling all documents at his or her own risk. Carroll County Circuit Court is not liable for any health conditions that may arise from research conducted. Our office is continuously striving to clean and successfully preserve all documents daily, however, a significant portion of documents in the Archives Room are still in need of work.
