The Drug Card program helps consumers cope with the high price of prescription drugs.  The program provides prescription drug discounts to Carroll citizens through a program sponsored by the National Association of Counties (NACO).  The cards are free to all county residents.  There are no age or income requirements and no medical condition restrictions.  You can obtain your card here. 

The cards are accepted at all pharmacies in Carroll County.  In addition, a national network of more than 57,000 participating retail pharmacies also will honor the NACO prescription discount card.
