Polls open from 6:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M.
Early In-Person Voting begins Friday, May 5, 2023 - Carroll County Voter Registration Office, 605-3 Pine Street, Hillsville, VA 24343. Hours are 8:30 A.M. - 4:30 P.M.
Early In-Person Voting ends Saturday, June 17, 2023 - Carroll County Voter Registration Office, 605-3 Pine Street, Hillsville, VA 24343. Hours are 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
Deadline to register to vote or update existing registration is Monday, May 30, 2023
Deadline to request an absentee ballot be mailed to you is Friday, June 9, 2023
Deadline to request an absentee ballot in person is Saturday, June 17, 2023
In addition to our regular office hours (M-F 8:30-4:30), the Registrar's office will be open the following Saturdays for Early Voting In-Person:
June 10 and 17, 2023 from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
June 17, 2023 is the final day for Early Voting In-Person.
